All deposits and payments are non-refundable (unless you find a replacement, in which case the payment will be refunded less the first $500) Unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid will be refunded. Notification of cancellation will occur at least 2 months prior to retreat start date. Jocelyn cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations. Please also consider: all itineraries are subject to change due to weather, excursions and delays.

Please make sure that you have all necessary insurances in place before the trip (including but not limited to travelers insurance, health insurance etc). All yoga, mindfulness sessions and travelling are done at your own risk and we are free from all liability.. Please purchase travel insurance to protect your health and well being as well as your investment, from unforeseen circumstances before or during your retreat. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time you book your retreat. Suggested companies include: World Nomads, AAA, or ask your travel agent.

Terms, conditions and restrictions apply; pricing, availability, and other details subject to change and/ or apply to US or Canadian residents. Accommodation names are subject to availability. Should accommodation mentioned on specific itinerary not be available, a similar or higher rated accommodation will be substituted. Single room allotments are subject to availability and booked on a FCFS basis. We will work with each vendor or supplier to secure as many single rooms as possible to accommodate each traveler.
